Hanover Holidays is a Tour Operator incorporated in 1974. Hanover Holidays is a family owned, medium sized tour operator, where the owners engage in the daily activities of the company, enabling them to continually meet with customers and stay in touch with the ever changing needs of today’s consumer.
For the past 34 years, Hanover Holidays has produced fully directed tours throughout North America and Costa Rica that are built with First Class accommodation, attractions and meals. However, it is the strong emphasis on service, that really sets the company apart from its competition. All Hanover Holidays vacations are booked exclusively through Travel Agents and Tour Operators from across Canada and other countries throughout the World. Each Tour Package is created with a philosophy of quality, so returning customers are both happy travelling with our company again and recommend us to their Travel Agents and friends. Although the majority of our tours are operated aboard a motor coach, a number of the tours begin with an airflight to initially reach the destination. This delightful combination of air and motor coach, often creates a package that is more appealing to today’s consumer. Many of our tours now incorporate a cruise for part of the tour as well. Each Hanover Holidays vacation is directed by an experienced professional. All of the uniformed Tour Directors employed by Hanover Holidays can boast of three to eighteen years of directing experience. Hanover Holidays believes that their professionalism is key to the success of each tour. To enhance each Tour Director’s professionalism, an annual Training event is held every January, where each Director can share ideas and learn new techiniques from presenters. Additionally, each Tour Director receives a weekly newsletter to assist them in staying in touch with current company and industry issues. As a medium sized tour operator, variations to any of their itineraries can easily be accommodated. Only rarely does Hanover Holidays operate more than one motor coach on any particular tour. This policy creates a tighter control on each program to insure quality. Working towards even greater customer satisfaction in the future, Hanover Holidays has recently unveiled their new “deluxe” touring motor coach, in partnership with the main carrier, Cherrey Bus Lines of Drayton, Ontario. This motor coach is equipped with 3 inches more leg room at each seat, tray tables, an upgraded sound system, onboard beverage center and a very modern paint scheme. The first of these motor coaches made its debut in the fall of 2004, with a second similar motor coach being unveiled for the winter of 2008! In an effort to maximize comfort for our travellers and efficency we have recently added to our fleet of shuttle vans a 20 seat mini coach.
